How do I book a delivery?
To book a delivery slot you must Login and start a new order, from here you can choose a date and time slot for delivery.
How do you deliver my shopping?
Deliveries are made to your door/shop in our temperature-controlled vehicles by fully trained drivers.
What happens if I am not at the shop when you deliver?
Our Delivery driver will leave a card with the telephone number for you to contact and take your items back to the branch.
Whenever possible, we will try and arrange a re-delivery for you, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. You can also contact our Sales Team on 01603 301780
What do I do if I have damaged or missing items?
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to our Sales Team, on 01603 301780, Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17:00pm and Saturday 11.00am – 3.00pm.
What is the minimum shopping for delivery?
Depending on your area, the minimum value will be indicated when you start a new order.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order which is valued at less than the latest minimum order value.
How to book a collection slot?
To book a collection slot you must Login and start a new order, from here you can choose a time slot for collection. Orders can be placed from 8am - 4pm on the collection day. Please arrive within 30-minute window to collect your order.
What is your refund policy?
We will only credit the customer if the wrong product was delivered and returned on the same day with the same delivery driver in original condition. Any other returns, our drivers are not authorized to accept goods to return without the appropriate documentation.
